Paiseec Manufacturer Warranty

Mobility Scooters Direct honors the manufacturer's warranty on Paiseec mobility products. This warranty applies to Paiseec products purchased directly from Paiseec or through an authorized Paiseec dealer for personal use. Warranty claims must be reviewed and approved by Paiseec. Customers may be required to provide valid proof of purchase, order information, and the product serial number when filing a warranty claim.

Warranty Start Date

The warranty period begins on the original purchase date shown on the sales receipt or invoice. For pre-ordered products, the warranty period begins on the date the product ships from Paiseec's local warehouse.

Mobility Scooter S3 Warranty

• 18 Months: Battery
• 12 Months: Main Frame, Motor, Gearbox, Charger, Controller, Dashboard
• 6 Months: Tires

Mobility Scooter S1 Warranty

• 12 Months: Main Frame, Motor, Gearbox, Charger, Controller, Dashboard, Battery
• 6 Months: Tires

Mobility Scooter D3 Warranty

• 12 Months: Main Frame, Motor, Gearbox, Brake, Controller, Battery, Seat Post, and Metal Components Related to the Seat

Mobility Scooter D1 Warranty

• 12 Months: Main Frame, Controller, Battery

Electric Wheelchair W3 & W1 Warranty

• 12 Months: Complete Chair, Frame, Motor, Charger, Controller, Display Screen
• 6 Months: Tires
• 3 Months: Other Components, including Footrests, Seat Belts, Plastic Components, Cushions, and Backrests

Rollator Walker R1 Warranty

• 12 Months: Main Frame
• 6 Months: Tires
• 3 Months: Other Components, including Footrests, Cushions, and Backrests

Warranty Exclusions

Paiseec does not provide warranty coverage for:

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or operation not following Paiseec's official instructions or user manuals
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair, alteration, modification, or disassembly
• Damage caused by compatibility or reliability issues due to unauthorized third-party parts
• Failures or damage caused by third-party products
• Damage caused by external sources or factors, including extreme temperatures
• Products or parts with altered, removed, or unreadable identification labels
• Non-quality-related issues
• Products without valid proof of purchase
• Lost or stolen products
• Items beyond their warranty period
• Items that have been refunded
• Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
• Items repaired, altered, modified, or disassembled by unauthorized third parties
• Free products
• Personal items sent with a warranty claim
• Damage or loss during transit of personal items

Warranty Service

Paiseec may attempt to diagnose and resolve warranty issues through telephone or email support. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, customers may be required to ship the product to Paiseec or a service center for further examination.

Customers are responsible for arranging shipment to Paiseec's service center for diagnosis. If the issue is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, Paiseec will repair or replace the product and return it at no cost to the customer. If the issue is not covered, service or shipping charges may apply.

DOA Policy

Products received defective, damaged, or non-functional must be reported to Paiseec within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund assessment. All DOA claims must be filed within this period.

Eligible replacements may be processed after Paiseec receives the returned product in its original condition, including all accessories, attachments, and undamaged packaging materials.

Replacement Products & Parts

Upon replacement, the exchanged product or part becomes the property of Paiseec, and the replacement becomes the customer's property. Replacement products or parts may not be new, but will be in good working condition and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part.

Replacement products or parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Transportation Liability

If Paiseec is responsible for transportation, Paiseec's liability is limited to loss or damage occurring to the Paiseec product while it is in Paiseec's possession or during transportation arranged by Paiseec.
