To most, it is important to have a mobility scooter that is transportable. The Pride Mobility Revo 2.0 is very transportable given its full size. The Revo 2.0scooter can be separated into a few small pieces for easy transportation. The scooter can be transported with Pride's exclusive Feathertouch Disassembly. The Revo 2.0 can be separated into 6 pieces. The heaviest piece is only 57 pounds, which is the front section. The folding seat is easily removed by lifting straight up from the bottom of the seat. Each battery (2) weighs 25 pounds in their enclosed cases. The front and rear sections of the scooter can be split in two from where you see the separation point on the side of the Revo 2.0. All in all the weight is manageable and it holds to be a very comfortable scooter.

The overall length of 47" and 21" in width, the scooter is a solid platform for stability. The seat to ground height is measured 21" - 23.5". At nearly two feet off of the ground that also adds to the equation of legroom. The front and rear tire sections have a full suspension system. This is great for both stability and a smooth ride using your mobility scooter. The Pride Revo 2.0 is a head-turning mobility scooter that has a comfortable folding seat, a discrete headlamp built into the tiller of the scooter. Limited Lifetime Warranty
Mobility Scooters Direct is proud to back Pride Mobility’s scooter and power wheelchairs manufacturer warranty. For the lifetime of your product from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the orignal purchaser, free or charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship. Limited Two Year Warranty
For two years from the original date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at their option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts that are found defective by an authorized provider of Pride Mobility, the transaxle, brake, bushings, bearings, motor brake (electronic function only), electronic controllers, joysticks, chargers, wire harnesses, and any other electronic sub-assembly.
Limited Six Month Warranty
The batteries in your unit are covered by a separate six month warranty provided by the battery manufacturer and they are not warranted by Pride Mobility whatsoever. NOTE: STARTING FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY, BATTERY CHARGE MUST BY MAINTAINED TO ENSURE WARRANTY COVERAGE. FOR MOBILITY PRODUCTS WHICH ARE NOT USED REGULARLY, OR DURING PERIODS OF STORAGE PRIOR TO AND AFTER PURCHASE DATE, BATTERIES MUST BE CHARGED ONCE A WEEK , FOR 24 HOURS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL VOID THE BATTERY WARRANTY.
Reconditioned Units Warranty
All recondition units are covered by a six month warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty does not provide for the items that may require replacement due to normal wear and tear. Those items as follow, the ABS plastic shrouds, motor brushes, upholstery and seating, brake pads, tires and tubes, and fuses and bulbs.
They also do not cover circumstances beyond the control of Pride Mobility. Labor, service, shipping and any other charges for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized in advance by Pride Mobility. No repair and or modifications to the units in any part without specific consent from Pride Mobility. Exclusions also include contamination, abuse, misuse, accident or negligence, battery fluid spillage or leakage, use other than normal design specifications, improper operation, maintenance, or storage.
Please note that if there is an increased operational noise in the transaxle, the warranty will not apply. This means the unit was abused and excessive strain was put on the scooter or power wheelchair. Batteries found to be completely discharged will not be warranted. Batteries found to have gradual deterioration will also not be covered under warranted because of normal wear and tear use. For more specific warranty information to a specific product please read the user manual provided online or with the product.
Service Checks & Warranty Service
Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Pride Provider. Do not return faulty parts to Pride without prior written authorization. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser. Failure to follow the instructions, warnings, and noties in the owner's manual and those located on your product product can result in personal injury or product damage and will void Pride's warranty.

E-Wheels Warranty Info - Medical Scooters Three Year Limited Warranty
Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components, seat post and frame.
One Year Limited Warranty
One (1) Year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced at Ewheels discretion.
Six Month Warranty
Six (6) Months from the date of purchase on the batteries and charger. Batteries are subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a manufacturing defect will become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normal and associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS Service and Labor Costs
Unless previously authorized, service calls and labor costs are NOT included or covered under any warranty. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase is always required for warranty service. Please contact Ewheels directly for any assistance in locating a service provider or to make a warranty claim.
Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear like tires, tubes, lights, chains, upholstery and seating, brakes and brake pads, cables, fuses, buttons, shrouds and covers. Damage, Accidental Damage and Misuse Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, acts of God, commercial use, or use other than normal, extreme riding, modifications and alterations.
Second Hand Owners and Reselling
No warranty will be offered or honored for second hand owners. The warranty is exclusively offered to the original purchaser.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM Initiating A Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Ewheels service department by calling or by email at “[email protected]”. Note that before any warranty claims will be fulfilled, satisfactory proof of purchase will be required, and a photo or video of the damaged part must be sent and reviewed by Ewheels.
Returning Faulty Parts
Do not return faulty parts to Ewheels without prior consent. A request for a return authorization is required prior to returning items. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting units and/or parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
SHIPPING DAMAGE AND SHIPPING POLICIES Shipping Damage
In the event shipping damage occurs, it must be reported and addressed in a timely manner. Shipping damage claims are time sensitive and cannot be delayed. In the event the packaging is extremely damaged and the bike is beyond repair, please refuse the shipment, and contact Ewheels for further steps.
Shipping – Domestic
When applicable, part costs will be covered under warranty, and all warranty items will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Shipping fees will be at the expense of the purchaser.
Shipping – International
When applicable, parts will be provided under warranty at no charge, but shipping to any offshore and/or international location will be the responsibility of the original purchaser. International and offshore end-users must contact Ewheels directly to initiate the warranty process.
*Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded*
