GB120 Battery Pack Replacement

This guide explains how to remove and replace the battery pack on the Golden Technologies BuzzAround Carry-On GB120 mobility scooter. Battery Pack Replacement Procedure

  1. Place the freewheel lever in the engaged position.
  2. Remove the key from the key switch.
  3. Press the battery pack release lever located in front of the battery pack on the scooter deck.
  4. Remove the battery pack from the scooter.
  5. Insert the replacement battery pack and press down until it locks securely into place.

Important Battery Safety Information

Do not attempt to open, disassemble, or modify the battery pack. The battery pack and its internal components are not serviceable and should only be replaced as a complete assembly.
