30-Day Return Policy (Summary)

If your item arrives defective or not working correctly:
We will work quickly with the manufacturer to repair, replace, or provide a solution, which may include a return, depending on the situation.

If you need to return a product for any other reason:

• A Return Authorization (RMA) is required
• The product must be repackaged in the original packaging
• A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

All returns are inspected upon arrival, and any damage or missing components may result in additional deductions.

• Please keep your original packaging in case a return is needed

• Most products ship via freight (18-wheeler), so delivery access must be confirmed
