If you're in South Florida (Collier County, Lee County, Broward, West Palm Beach, or other nearby counties), we would be happy to help you with your mobility scooter, power wheelchair, or lift chair repair needs. 

Service Evaluation Description

If your mobility scooter or power wheelchair is not working, you can drop it off at our local showroom(s) for a $125 fee for a diagnosis. The $125 diagnosis includes a 1-hour diagnosis where a technician evaluates the unit to see what it will take to repair it. A technician will either fix the unit during the initial hour or contact you with an estimate on replacement parts and additional labor if needed.

What is not included with the $125 fee: Any replacement parts and/or services needed to repair the product(s) are not included. If parts are needed or if repairs are needed, the service provider will provide you with a separate quote for the required parts & any additional labor.

After submitting your $125 payment online or in person, a technician will contact you within 1 to 2 business days on average. If you're submitting payment online, please make sure to call to coordinate an appointment with the technician. Should you have any questions, you can always contact us via phone, chat, or email.

Be sure to keep your service request Order # handy as the service technician may ask you for it.

We do not service Hoveraround products, hospital beds, lift systems or ramps. We ONLY service mobility scooters or power wheelchairs.

By paying the $125 fee for a diagnosis, you agree to the terms on this page and understand that all sales are final and that there are no refunds for repair service or diagnostic services.
