The AL301 XLHD is a platform lift designed to attach to the hitch of a vehicle and used to carry mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs. This vehicle lift is considered a heavy-duty wheelchair carrier as it is capable of supporting up to 400 lbs and the lift itself only weighs 102 lbs. The AL 301 XLHD works with a wide variety of disability scooters and power wheelchairs with its 36" x 39" aluminum deck which has adjustable cradles that have the ability to extend as an amount up to 53". No modifications are needed to your mobility scooter or power wheelchair for it to work with this lift system. Simply lower the lift, mount mobility device onto the platform then strap it in using the 4 retractors. Once it's secured, you can use the automatic lift feature to elevate the platform to a safe transport height. It's that easy!

Harmar's nationwide installation service makes it easy to get your vehicle lift installed, just be sure to select either self-installation or Harmar's Installation Service from the options list. There's also a swing-away feature that is an upgraded option which allows you to access the back of your vehicle by swinging the platform out of the way. Lastly, there is also an option to purchase a dedicated battery pack that allows the lift to be powered from an independent battery instead of your vehicle's battery. Standard hardware is provided for wiring your vehicle battery to the lift at no additional charge.

Harmar Transferable Three Year Warranty
Mobility Scooters Direct honors a three-year transferable warranty by Harmar Mobility. Harmar Mobility warrants its lift products against defects of material including mechanical and electrical parts, excluding labor cost, batteries, paint and covers for three years from the date of original purchase. The warranty is only in effect for properly and professionally installed and maintained equipment. This warranty does not cover defects in vehicles where products are installed or defects in the Harmar Product is caused by defects because of the vehicle in which the lift is installed on. This warranty does not warranty labor, maintenance, or any adjustments needed in the future. Harmar will not be charged for labor, consequential damage or repair expenses. Harmar is not liable for any misuse, accidents, or overstressing resulting in injury or death, or loss of equipment. Defective parts must be returned and prepaid to Harmar for inspection prior to repair or replacement at Harmar’s option. Please read the user manual for more specific warranty information.
