This means that if you “lock” your scooter using the key fob, an alarm will go off if someone attempts to sit or take your scooter. Additionally, many E-Wheels scooters have remote start, which means you can start your scooter using your key fob. Some of the E-Wheels models, like the EW-72, even come with a Bluetooth Speaker system!

Afiscooter C3 vs. E-Wheels EW-36

Both the Afikim C3 and the EW-36 are three-wheeled, heavy-duty scooters. Each of the scooters has their advantages and disadvantages, however, it all depends on what better suits your needs.

Afikim C3 – Pros & Cons

The Afikim C3 is a very dependable scooter and has a more powerful motor than the EW-36. It is more stable, controllable, and maneuverable and can handle grass and off-roading. The seat can rotate 360 degrees, as well as slide forwards/backward for maximum comfort. The C3 also has a tiller tilt adjustment knob and two USB ports on the tiller, neither of which the E-Wheels scooter has.

One of the cons of the Afikim C3 is that its travel distance of 25-28 miles was considerably lower than the E-Wheels EW-36’s range of 40-45 miles. However, with our Mobility Direct exclusive lithium battery upgrades for Afikims, the EW-36 is easily outdone.

EW-36 – Pros & Cons

The E-Wheels EW-36 is a speedy, outdoor scooter for street cruising. As aforementioned, it has technological features like high beams, remote start, and an anti-theft system. The EW-36 has one of the loudest horns on the mobility scooter market, which many customers favor. It is also more affordable than the Afiscooter C3, and a great alternative if you are interested in a heavy-duty scooter with a more cost-effective budget.

Compared to the Afiscooter C3, the EW-36 does have a few shortcomings. For example, the EW-36 is great for hard surfaces, but cannot handle grass/off-roading like the C3. Also, its seat and tiller are not adjustable. It is more difficult to control at higher speeds and replacement parts for the EW-36 are not as readily available as the Afikims.
