If you are looking to get a scooter that you can use on the day of the Sabbath, there are a few scooters that offer Shabbat mode. Shabbat scooters basically don’t require the user to use electricity to move the scooter. Instead of using the throttle to control the movement, you use a Shabbat mode switch, which will then allow the scooter to move on its own. The Shabbat mode scooters are approved by the Jewish community and allow users to get to the temple while still following the rules that are set forth by the Jewish community.
