Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska is available for select products, generally only the smaller compact ones. You will need to pay for shipping when shipping to those 3 locations. Please contact our sales department for a quote to ship to Hawaii, PR, or Alaska.

A question that we hear very often is “Do you ship outside of the United States?” and “Do you ship to Canada?”. The short answer is no however, we can send a unit to a freight forwarder, friend, or family member in the USA who can then have it shipped to you outside of the USA.

If we are sending a mobility scooter or power wheelchair that is going to be shipped outside of the US via a freight forwarder or by other means, we require a wire transfer to secure the payment to prevent fraudulent transactions.
