A common question that we get is “what happens if I ordered the wrong part?” or “what do I do if I ordered the wrong part?”. If your product arrived and you’ve discovered that it’s not the product you wanted or its not compatible with your unit then there are a few things you need to do in order to do an exchange or return.
First, please contact us immediately by email or phone. Let us know the situation and we will personally handle it for you. Keep in mind that there is a 20% restocking fee and you will need to return the item before we credit back your funds or issue an exchange.
