Mobility Scooter with 500+ lb weight capacity

Are there any mobility scooters with a 500 lb weight capacity? If not, I would like to know which mobility scooters have over 400 lb weight capacity. My fear is that I will gain more weight over time but I need a very heavy duty unit. I am morbidly obese.
