I have a Buzzaround EX Extreme.
One day I turned it on and received the five (5) beep, brake code.
I found that snap switch on the brake was broken.
I understand the snap switch tells the controller the position of the freewheel lever.
I removed the switch from the brake circuit entirely.
I can now turn on the scooter and the brake fault code is gone.
The scooter will operate, but will not move at all on the slowest speed setting.
It works normally at higher settings.
Also, one wheel spins slower than the other.
I believe the speed pot is good, so what could be the cause of it not moving on the slowest setting?
And why might one wheel spin slower than the other?
Lastly, when the brake is engaged via the lever, how does the scooter release the brake once the throttle is pulled? Seems like when you lock the brakes on with the free wheel lever that they are engaged until you move the lever to freewheel.
Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.
