A local company will come to the home to unbox the product for you and discard the packaging. They will also help you put the unit together which typically doesn’t require much assembly. The seat just needs to be mounted, batteries connected etc.. To be honest, it’s not a service that we recommend if you have a friend or a family member that can help you instead. The user manual is very easy to follow along with and anyone can set a scooter up with no experience. Save yourself the $200 + and just find a person willing to lend a helping hand for a few moments.
