Pride Victory 10 slowing down

Hi

I have recently noticed that from time to time, besides the fact that the batteries and charger are brand new, my scooter Victory pride 10 (4 wheels) sundenly started to slow down to almost stop. Have you noticed that ? Any idea about the cause? Note thta all the leds show that the batteries are fully charged….

Do you hear the braking system click once before it starts to slow down? If so, the electro-magnetic brake assembly might be malfunctioning. When the throttle is not engaged, the electromagnetic brake locks into place, which might be happening slightly. It might be the throttle assembly is also potentially malfunctioning.
