No power after replacing batteries

I have a pride folding scooter and I replaced the lithium batteries using a kit. The batteries are the same as the ones that came with it and configured the same way. I use the same battery management module and made sure the connections were soldered as they were with the old one. I plugged in the charger and it went to green right away which I was wondering about– should of went to red first. I put the battery case in the scooter and no power at all. I tried to get a schematic from pride, but they don’t have any. Wondering if anyone has any ideas?

Hello, soldering is not required. I’m not sure what you’ve done, but if you needed to solder anything then you’re doing something wrong.
