my ew 36 trike constantly bucks when i throttle up

my ew 36 scooter started to constantitaly buck when I try to ride. the meter shows full charge and when I go to pull out it stops and the meter goes to empty then back to full and this just continues.
This is an indication that your batteries are bad. It’s like a load test. The meter will read higher voltage but once the load is put on it will jump or “buck”.
