I was given a legend, it has new batteries, but goes down very quickly, changed the charger fuse, but it sparks when you insert it in scooter, it is not plugged up or on
A spark on the controller means its probably missing the little plastic cap that goes over the port. Your charging port needs to be replaced. The batteries dying quickly could mean the batteries are dead or you might have a bad charger. Use this video to troubleshoot the batteries:
