The 4 wheel Vive Mobility Scooter is capable of reaching a 3.7 MPH top speed, and can travel up to 12.4 miles on a full charge. It can hold up to 265 lbs as the maximum weight capacity and when fully assembled, it only weighs 88.2 lbs. Charging the batteries only takes about 2 hours when they have been drained down to 25% capacity in most cases. The 24 Volt brushless motor is very powerful and can handle going up ADA ramps or inclines that are 6 degrees or less. The scooter comes equipped with 8" tires that have good treading for going on flat surfaces, carpet, wood floor, and many other types of flat surfaces.
The ground clearance of this scooter is approximately 1.5" which makes it possible to go on well-maintained grass for short periods of time. If you need something that is meant for going on grass for long periods of time, you will want to consider a scooter with better ground clearance and a stronger motor. This scooter is perfect for someone with an active lifestyle that wants to transport their scooter to use while traveling or shopping at the mall.
