Mobility Scooters Direct direct promises to replace any product for a period of three years for any defects in craftsmanship on the frame of the chair. This warranty does not include parts for misuse or accidental damage. The frame is warranted for any defects in weld or materials used in the manufacturing process. This warranty does not include service calls or any labor accrued.

Limited One Year Warranty

Mobility Scooters Direct honors Geo Cruiser warranty on folding power wheelchairs. Geo Cruiser warranty includes any certain defects in material and workmanship one year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty is valid on products purchased in the United States by an authorized Geo Cruiser dealer and provider.

This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and is not in any way transferable.

This warranty is for the replacement parts for repair at the consent of Geo Cruiser

All warranty replacement parts are under warranty from the original purchase date and not from part replacement date. Proof of purchase is required for the warranty to take place. Take your mobility device to the nearest Geo Cruiser service center.

Parts are covered under a 12-month warranty which includes the electronic components, wire harnesses, throttle joystick, controller, brake (electrical component only), and any other subcategory. The mechanical portion of the mobility device is also under a 12-month warranty which includes, the motors and electromagnetic brake.

Limited Six Month Warranty

Geo Cruiser offers a 6-month warranty on the batteries provided with the scooter or power wheelchair. If the batteries are deemed to be defective by an authorized Geo Cruiser provider, Geo Cruiser will replace them. Please read your user manual for more product specific details about your warranty.
