Unfortunately, that is not a brand that we sell. It is not a familiar brand by our technicians either. If your batteries are fully charged, and your connections are fine, you may want to look to see if the electronic brake is disengaged. If you can physically roll the scooter without a key in the scooter, you must switch the brake (usually a lever on the back right of the scooter) to the opposite position so that the wheels are locked or engaged.
