Changing the speed of the Heartway Vita XL is quite simple. If you notice on the control console with all of the buttons and features, there is a picture of a turtle in red and a green rabbit. When you press the green button, that will increase the speed, and when you press the red turtle button, it will decrease in speed. There is another button that increases and decreases the overall speed from a slower maximum speed to a lower maximum speed.
