The answer here is No. Mobility Scooters are electric vehicles and their worst enemy is water.

 

 

 

 

 

When a customer calls in to ask “What happens if they get caught in the rain?”, the best advice I can give them is… if it starts raining you best get to cover quickly! Some mobility products may be splash proof but if your scooter gets too wet it will short out, and this will result in a voided warranty.

My best advice is to make sure when planning an outdoor trip to double-check the rain forecast on Google!
